Becky’s yoga journey began at the age of 16, when she accidentally discovered how much yoga could help her cope with anxiety. Years later her path led her to Goa, India, training in the Ashtanga tradition at Himalaya Yoga Valley. Passionate about herbalism, and the body and mind’s ability to heal itself, Becky’s yoga practice is centered around breath work and traditional asana to heal the mind, body and soul. Becky believes yoga is for EVERYONE and is passionate about teaching foundational classes that are catered to the beginner yogi, and people from all different walks of life.

Lexi’s love affair with self-expression through body movement began at a young age. Beginning with gymnastics and dance from childhood to teen years, her movement practice eventually metamorphosed into a regular yoga practice in her early 20s.
After studying Vinyasa and Yin with Mathieu Boldron in Sri Lanka, she began teaching a mix of the two, sharing her love of the practice throughout Asia, Spain, and North, South and Central America.
Lexi’s class sequences are made up of powerful movements synced with the breath while moving slowly with control and awareness to build strength and create space in the body. With a focus on alignment and moving intuitively, her classes are dynamic, playful, and inspiring.
She holds a supportive space to allow students to drop deep into their bodies, free of judgment, in order to move with grace, fluidity, and confidence, on and off the mat.
